Job summary

Qualifications

• 36+ months in HR leadership or senior HR management.
• Experience in a large acute care hospital environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR leader directing all facets of HR operations.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR to align system-wide HR initiatives.
• Advise CEO and leadership on employee relations, recruitment/retention, workforce planning, and engagement initiatives.
• Lead and develop the HR team, manage budget and HR metrics.
• Drive change, best practices, and organizational culture aligned with mission and values.
• Assist in compensation matters and salary review processes with corporate oversight.
