Job summary

Harmony Utica Ridge is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead our HR team and shape the culture of the facility. You will oversee payroll, onboarding, and personnel matters while supporting department managers to ensure high-quality care for residents.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HR and significant HR leadership experience in skilled nursing; PHR/SPHR certification is preferred. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and growth opportunities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (or similar) and two years of HR experience.
• Five years of HR Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Human Resources department and shape facility culture.
• Assist department managers with personnel matters and payroll processing.
• Pre-screening and onboarding all new hires, and maintaining positive employee engagement.
