Well-Spring Retirement Community, Inc. invites an experienced Human Resources Director to join The Village at Brookwood in Burlington, NC. You will lead HR efforts across recruitment, coaching, training, morale, culture, and policy implementation to ensure an outstanding work environment for staff serving residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Passion and innovation for employees, teams, and senior services.
• Creativity and the drive to lead a diverse team.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing; strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of policy/regulations: retirement communities, FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership to the community in collaboration with site leadership and corporate HR.
• Oversee recruitment, coaching, training/development, morale, culture, policy/practices, performance appraisals, and quality management.
• Grow and integrate the team while aligning culture with organizational mission and values.
