Alliance for Care at Home in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR strategy and daily people operations for a senior care organization. You will oversee employee engagement, compliance, workforce planning, and leadership development across the facility, partnering with leaders and staff.

Formación

• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, long-term care, hospice, home health, or another highly regulated environment
