Job summary

The role collaborates with department heads to assess staffing needs, hire, onboard staff, and maintain confidential employee records. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2–3 years HR experience, and a competitive salary with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any concentration preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR programs and activities including employee relations, benefits administration, PTO management, and recruitment assistance.
• Oversee and process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Respond to inquiries regarding HR issues with clear information.
• Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs, conduct interviews, screen candidates, and onboard new employees.
• Address and resolve employee concerns regarding employment data and HR processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with labor laws.
• Provide additional administrative support as required.
