Qualifications

• SHRM-CP certification required or equivalent.
• About 12+ years in a business/leadership role.
• Proficiency with HR analytics and compensation/benefits.
• Experience with Lever or similar HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L for the business and report to senior leadership.
• Pressure-test market entries before committing budget.
• Own the math behind HR promises to customers.
• Build pricing logic understandable by sales.
• Manage end-to-end operations for the Chula Vista region.
• Lead pricing analysis and protect margins.
• Build consensus across cross-functional owners.
• Prioritize the backlog when urgent requests arise.
