Job summary

The Dupps Company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR across our Ohio locations, including Germantown. You will supervise an HR team, drive talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and succession planning in alignment with The Dupps Way.

You will partner with site leaders to address workforce needs, ensure compliance with employment laws, and foster a positive culture of Respect, Accountability, Connection, and Appreciation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Five or more years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supervising HR staff.
• Experience supporting multiple locations.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the HR department, supervise and develop HR staff.
• Serve as resource on workplace concerns, policies, and employee relations.
• Oversee recruiting, workforce planning, and candidate sourcing.
• Support retention and development through career and succession planning.
• Manage performance management processes and merit reviews.
• Oversee HR operations—onboarding, payroll coordination, records, compliance.
