B. Braun Medical Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Director of Human Resources to partner with Manufacturing Operations leadership and drive talent strategy in a highly regulated medical device environment.

Responsibilities include workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational design, leadership development, compensation, compliance, training, and change management. This role emphasizes HR analytics, succession planning, and global collaboration, with travel as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, 5+ years of HR leadership experience. Demonstrated expertise in:
• - Employee Relations, - Talent Management, - Organizational Development, - Change Management, - Workforce Planning, - Leadership Coaching.
• Preferred: Master's degree, SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification; regulated manufacturing experience; global matrix organizations; HR analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership: Serve as trusted advisor to Site VP/General Manager and Manufacturing Leadership Team.
• Talent Management & Organizational Development: lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Employee Relations & Compliance: guidance on investigations, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance.
• Change Management: coach leaders through organizational change and workforce transitions.
• HR Analytics & Workforce Insights: use data to drive decisions on turnover, engagement, and performance.
• Compensation, Benefits & Talent Acquisition: ensure market competitiveness and recruitment for leadership roles.
• Learning & Development: ensure training supports compliance, leadership capability, and growth.
