Job summary

B. Braun Medical Inc. is seeking a Director of Human Resources to act as a strategic business partner for Manufacturing Operations.

The role leads workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, organizational design, leadership development, compensation, compliance and change management in a regulated medical device environment. The position requires a Bachelor's in HR/Business, 10+ years in HR with 5+ years in leadership, and ideally a Master’s and SHRM-SCP or SPHR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, 5+ years of HR leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Change Management, Workforce Planning, Leadership Coaching.
• Master’s degree and SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience in regulated medical device/pharmaceutical manufacturing and global matrix organizations preferred.
• Must travel occasionally; valid driver's license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership to Manufacturing Operations leadership and drive people strategies.
• Lead workforce planning to ensure critical talent and capabilities for growth.
• Partner with leaders to design and implement annual people strategies.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and compliance with laws and policies.
• Coach leaders through organizational change and workforce transitions.
• Utilize HR analytics to monitor turnover, engagement, retention and productivity.
• Support compensation, benefits and strategic recruitment for leadership roles.
