Park Properties Management Company, headquartered in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead, develop, and optimize our HR systems and programs across both Park Properties and Pinnacle Construction & Development.

You will recruit, train, and retain talent while modeling our core values in a fast-paced, on-site environment with occasional travel to Virginia and West Virginia properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, psychology, or sociology.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR) preferred or required.
• 8+ years of experience as a human resources professional.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR function to support business and employee needs.
• Develop learning, leadership development, coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-transfer programs.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen performance management, succession planning, and retention.
• Develop career paths and internal advancement opportunities.
• Oversee onboarding, employee communications, engagement, and integration programs.
