Job summary

CFS is seeking a seasoned HR Director to lead people operations across our family-owned organization with approximately 150 properties. You will own both strategic and operational HR, partnering with executive leadership on culture, leadership development, and succession planning.

Based in Wisconsin, you will guide employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and workforce planning through growth and leadership transitions, mentoring the HR team and shaping the future of the company.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with leadership at the Director level.
• Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, compliance and employment law.
• Experience leading HR within a larger or multi-site organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations, coaching, and performance management efforts across the organization.
• Oversee compliance, EEOC matters, handbook administration, employment law requirements, FMLA, workers' compensation, and risk management.
• Provide strategic oversight of recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition activities.
• Partner with leadership on organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies.
• Mentor and support the HR team, including a Senior HR Generalist for payroll and benefits.

Target Compensation

Qualifications For The HR Director
