Job summary

CFS in Naperville, IL seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead the overall HR strategy, policies, and people initiatives across our construction-focused organization. This role partners with executive leadership to shape workforce planning and organizational development.

You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance management while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field required.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in construction/manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, and compliance.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
