Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, HR, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst (or equivalent).
• Experience with HR systems, HR data models, or enterprise data platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting data warehouse, data governance, or metadata initiatives desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR, IT, and Data Engineering to gather, analyze, and document HR data requirements for the enterprise data warehouse.
• Analyze current state data flows and define future state processes aligned with HR data governance.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data modeling, ETL, and data validation.
• Support Snowflake-based data warehouse development by writing SQL queries for exploration, profiling, validation, and testing.
• Conduct data quality assessments and develop validation rules to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with HR Data Governance leads to operationalize data standards, definitions, and controls.
• Document processes, data mapping, and functional specs for clarity and maintainability.
• Assist in evaluating data cataloging and metadata management tools to enhance discoverability and governance.
• Provide analytical support to HR and business partners to deliver trusted datasets.
