Job summary

IGT is seeking an organized HR Operations professional to maintain employee data, process lifecycle transactions, and support reporting and compliance across HR systems. The role emphasizes data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in HR operations, strong Excel skills, and experience with HR documentation while upholding confidentiality and accuracy in all records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR systems and data support.
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS or employee data system.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and document-preparation skills.
• Experience preparing HR documentation and maintaining confidential employee records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant employee data across HR systems.
• Support daily HR system administration, including data entry, audits, reconciliations, and basic troubleshooting.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports related to headcount, employee changes, compliance, and other HR metrics.
• Perform regular data validation and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, employment agreements, job-change documentation, and compliance records.
• Process onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle transactions accurately and within established timelines.
