School To Success Life Purpose Academy, Inc. seeks an HR & Data Report Manager to oversee people operations and data reporting.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, compliance, and staff development while producing clear reports for leadership, partners, and funders. Responsibilities include compiling dashboards on enrollment, attendance, outcomes, and staffing; ensuring HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality and audit readiness; coordinating staff training and development;

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, data analytics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 3+ years of experience in HR, people operations, or data/reporting roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor compliance.
• Experience building reports and dashboards from CRM or database systems.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and HR/CRM platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Passion for mission-driven work helping students and families plan their future.

Mansioni

• Lead recruitment for staff, contractors, and volunteers; manage postings, screen applications, interviews, and onboarding.
• Compile, analyze, and present reports on enrollment, attendance, outcomes, staffing, and program performance.
• Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and organizational policies; maintain confidentiality and audit-ready documentation.
• Safeguard sensitive staff, student, and family records; manage access permissions and data privacy.
• Coordinate staff training on the HRIS/Reporting system and on data standards and development opportunities.
• Foster a positive, mission-driven culture and support staff well-being and alignment with goals.
• Partner with Operations and Program Directors to align staffing with program needs and track deadlines.
