Job summary

U.S. Bank is hiring an HR Reporting Analyst for the Workforce Analytics team. You will create HR reports to support reporting projects, develop Workday Custom Reports and templates, and support ServiceNow reporting, leveraging BI tools like Power BI to tell a data-driven story.

You will collaborate with Workforce Analysts and HR partners, translate requirements into actionable insights, and ensure governance and compliance while working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of reporting and data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Process Workday report requests via the case management system.
• Collaborate with partners to prioritize requests and needs.
• Partner with Workforce Business Analysts.
• Coordinate with Product Management, HR Business Partners, Risk Management, etc.
• Present data clearly to drive data-driven decisions and ensure compliance.
