Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an HR Reporting Analyst to join the Workforce Analytics team. You will create HR reports, build Workday reports and templates, and support ServiceNow reporting while leveraging Power BI to tell data stories.

You’ll work with Business Analysts and Partners to gather requirements and perform UAT as needed. The role requires 3+ years of reporting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Three or more years of reporting and data analysis experience.
• Workday reporting experience is preferred.
• Experience with HR reporting and insights.
• Excel expertise including Pivot Tables, Power Pivots, charts, conditional formatting, formulas, and VLOOKUPs.
• Experience partnering with HR professionals on human capital data needs.
• Experience creating reports in Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar HR systems.
• Relational databases experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to document processes to ensure compliance.
• Comfort with ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Process Workday report requests via the case management system.
• Collaborate with business partners to prioritize requests.
• Partner with Workforce Analysts.
• Collaborate with various teams to provide a holistic view of analyses.
• Present data and recommendations clearly to enable data-driven decisions.
