Job summary

Towne, a leading parking and hospitality solutions company, seeks an HR professional to support policies, payroll, benefits, and associate inquiries. You will partner with managers to uphold timely HR services and data integrity across the workforce.

Responsibilities include processing employment actions, maintaining HR records, and generating reports. A degree in business or HR and 1–3 years of related experience are preferred; Workday experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective responses to inquiries from associates, managers, and HR teams regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with Towne Park associates and leadership, delivering prompt information and guidance.
• Track, resolve, and escalate issues on benefits, payroll, time management, and HR systems.
