Qualifications

• 4+ years of business, technology, or product management experience.
• 2+ years collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate data and platform needs into business decisions.
• Experience with HR data or Oracle HCM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own HR Product Strategy for employee and organizational data and shared Oracle HCM experiences.
• Drive discovery by collecting feedback, evaluating solutions, and prioritizing platform improvements.
• Shape roadmap and delivery with delivery and technology teams.
• Measure platform performance and data quality, making data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Analytics to align on platform impacts.
