Job summary

Principal Financial Group is seeking a Product Manager to lead the foundational employee and organizational data within Oracle HCM, shaping trusted data, secure access, and scalable HR experiences across the platform.

You will partner with HR, technology, governance, and enterprise partners to drive data quality, governance, and cross-functional delivery, while mentoring teams to deliver value-driven outcomes for employees and administrators.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product/technology/business experience in a complex environment.
• Experience aligning cross-functional partners and managing dependencies in fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and decision-making skills with business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own HR Product Strategy for employee and organizational data and shared Oracle HCM experiences.
• Drive discovery and insights by collecting feedback and data to inform solutions.
• Shape roadmap and delivery by translating priorities into value-driven improvements.
• Measure platform performance and data quality to drive continuous evolution.
• Influence across boundaries with Finance, IT, and Enterprise Data & Analytics partners.
• Mentor and shape culture by sharing best practices with other product managers.
