Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate’s or relevant work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages a high-volume data team, providing oversight and guidance to ensure accurate service delivery.
• Establishes goals, action plans, and performance standards aligned with district needs and SLAs.
• Conducts regular audits and quality checks on HR data across systems to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluates and authorizes manager-initiated changes (terminations, pay adjustments, supervisor updates) per policies.
• Delivers responsive customer service to employees, managers, and internal stakeholders, gathering feedback for process improvements.
