Job summary

Amrize is seeking an HR Master Data Specialist to own data accuracy across HR systems, including SuccessFactors and SAP. You will audit data, manage organizational changes, and train HR teams to maintain data integrity across North America. This role supports mergers, acquisitions, and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or years of equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years HR system administration or data entry experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC HCM is an asset.
• Intermediate MS Excel (lookups, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Own data accuracy from change requests in HR data systems.
• Train field HR on transactions and update SOPs.
• Run audits in SuccessFactors and SAP to catch inconsistencies.
• Manage daily org structure updates and mass data uploads.
• Maintain an audit-ready environment for internal/external audits.
• Coach HR, Payroll, and Finance on data workflows and best practices.
