Job summary

Lanco is seeking an HR Data Management Coordinator to ensure accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance of employee data across the full lifecycle. You will own data administration, personnel files, documentation, and HR transactions while supporting HR service delivery through the HR Operations system.

You’ll work with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation, and HR Business Partners to ensure records and requests are processed accurately, efficiently, and

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, ADP, Paycom, Paycor, Dayforce, Workday)
• Experience with confidential personnel files and employee transactions
• Manufacturing or multi-location experience preferred
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong HRIS and document management experience
• Knowledge of HR compliance and records retention

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee data across HR systems
• Process employee transactions including hires, job changes, compensation updates, and terminations
• Validate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Maintain complete employee records throughout the lifecycle
• Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with HR and business teams to ensure data integrity
• Maintain confidential employee personnel files and electronic records
• Ensure proper documentation, retention, and file organization
• Support personnel file requests and audit activities
• Ensure compliance with records retention and employment regulations
• Support employment verifications and documentation reviews
• Administer the HR Operations ticketing and case management system
• Triage, assign, and resolve HR service requests within SLA expectations
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR data and processes
• Route specialized requests to appropriate HR teams
• Maintain accurate case documentation and resolution notes
• Track HR service metrics including volume, response time, and resolution time
• Maintain audit logs, turnover reports, and organizational charts
• Document HR processes, workflows, and procedures
• Support HRIS projects, testing, and system improvements
