The role emphasizes HR systems like Workday, data governance, security, and analytics to improve workforce effectiveness and employee experience across the global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business or related field.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in enterprise HR technology with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading HR applications (e.g., HCM) in a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise HR applications (HCM, core HR, talent, time).
• Guide design and support for integrations with Workday and external vendors.
• Own lifecycle of HR applications: roadmap, enhancements, upgrades, vendor management.
• Partner with HR Operations, IT, and business leaders to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Lead and develop a team of HR application professionals with a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure data security, governance, and regulatory compliance across systems.
• Oversee vendors, contracts, and SaaS upgrade management to optimize costs.
