The Human Resources Associate Manager (Support Center), with guidance from HR Leadership, serves as a strategic partner to Senior Leadership, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategies that support department goals. This position plays a critical part in developing leadership capabilities, supporting People Planning, managing associate relations matters, and ensuring the alignment of talent decisions with the organization's mission, culture, and longterm growth objectives. The Human Resources Associate Manager (SC) supports department-wide initiatives that drive continuous improvement and organizational performance.
*Benefits available for eligible permanent full time associates
Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
