Job summary

Inter-American Development Bank seeks a Data and Analytics Specialist to join the Workforce Intelligence Team in HRD. You will oversee HR data from SAP, SuccessFactors, and Power BI, shaping analytics products and dashboards for senior leadership.

The role focuses on data governance, AI-enabled HR insights, and integrated reporting across talent management, acquisition, and organizational effectiveness. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required (or Bachelor's with additional years of experience)
• Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in data analytics, preferably HR analytics
• Familiarity with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Power BI, or Stata is a plus; ANSI SQL is required
• English fluency required; knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, and/or French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection, integration, transformation, and management of HR data from SAP, SuccessFactors, Power BI, and other systems
• Advise on HR analytics solutions to modernize processes and enable data-driven decisions
• Design and oversee enterprise HR dashboards and reporting using Power BI and SuccessFactors
• Lead talent acquisition analytics: time-to-hire, source of hire, quality of hire, recruitment funnel
• Lead workforce analytics on performance, talent management, succession, engagement, and organizational effectiveness
• Promote adoption of AI and advanced analytics across HR to augment decision-making
• Serve as subject-matter expert on SAP and SuccessFactors, overseeing integrations and data flows
• Lead cross-functional initiatives for workforce planning, budgeting, and integrated reporting
• Develop workforce intelligence solutions integrating HR, financial, and operational data
• Establish data governance, privacy, security, and access controls across HR analytics
• Oversee requirements, design, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR tech and AI solutions
• Stay current on HR tech, AI, SAP/SuccessFactors capabilities and recommend innovations
