Job summary

Regions offers a 10-week summer internship in Human Resources Data & Analytics located in Birmingham, Alabama. As an intern you will participate in networking, professional development, and gain exposure to HR data practices.

You will complete assignments across departments, with time-tracking and overtime eligibility, and opportunities to learn Power BI, SQL, and analytics tools while engaging with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or graduate student with expected graduation between December 2027 and May/June 2029.
• Open to all majors; business analytics, computer science, math/statistics, or related major preferred.
• Ability to work 40 hours a week for 10 weeks onsite, in Birmingham, Alabama.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to basic functions within the financial industry internship.
• Support research, administrative tasks, and attendance at meetings.
• Assist in projects and gain HR analytics experience.
• Networking and professional development sessions with senior HR leaders.
