Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking an HR Data Analyst in Raleigh to manage HRIS data, reduce manual work, and generate ad-hoc and scheduled reports. The role supports onboarding processes and data governance across the HR team.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 1–2 years in an administrative role with experience in I-9/E-Verify is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Workday are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a related field.
• Strong MS Office skills; familiarity with Workday preferred.
• Experience handling HRIS data and onboarding processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, and audit HRIS data.
• Automate and streamline manual HR processes where possible.
• Prepare ad-hoc and scheduled HR reports for leadership.
• Support onboarding processes and data integrity.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and broader team on process improvements.
