Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM IST

3-Month Contract

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Start Date: Immediate Joiner Required

Objective: Our client is implementing a new System of Record at Safeguard, requiring accurate and upto-date data migration. The HR Analyst will validate and update Salesforce records, ensuring data integrity by following a structured Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for verification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review & validate Salesforce data against source records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in records.
• Ensure accuracy & completeness of data in the new system.
• Follow SOPs for data validation and comparison.
• Update Salesforce records as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams for verification.
• Generate reports on data accuracy and inconsistencies.
• Maintain confidentiality & security of all company and client data

Requirements:

• Prior experience in data entry: 1+ Years, validation, or record management.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets.

• Analytical mindset to identify data inconsistencies.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions & SOPs.
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration.
• Own laptop & high-speed internet (100 Mbps required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related fields.

• Experience with data migration/system transitions.

• Understanding of data governance & compliance.

• Prior experience in remote/virtual teams.
