The intern will help with shoe orders, employee files, newsletters, orientation support, and daily reporting in a fast-paced campus environment.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate is dependable, organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable handling repetitive administrative tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Previous custodial experience preferred
• Physically capable of lifting >50 lbs; PPE may be required and safety procedures followed.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage online shoe orders for employees.
• Monitor order status and assist with routine administrative follow-up.
• Design and compile the HR newsletter and ensure timely publication.
• Maintain accurate and organized employee files.
• Track parking assignments and updates.
• Track company keys and returns with careful recordkeeping.
• Support New Hire Orientation delivery and onboarding.
• Prepare, copy and distribute HR packets and materials.
• Download and distribute daily standard reports.
