The HR/Corporate Office Assistant is a dual-role position that combines Corporate administrative support and human resources assistance. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily office operations, assisting HR-related functions, and maintaining an organized, welcoming office environment. The role requires excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, strong attention to detail, and professionalism.
- This position is located at 103 International Drive Peachtree City, GA.
- Schedule: Monday - Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer and Visitor Management
- Greet customers and visitors to Rinnai in a friendly, confident, and professional manner at the Corporate reception desk.
- Direct customers and visitors to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain a professional appearance and welcoming environment in the front lobby.
Mailroom and Shipping Coordination
- Oversee the receipt and shipment of FedEx, UPS, and daily USPS mail, and train other team members.
- Maintain and organize the mailroom and order necessary materials for shipments.
Office Administration
- Maintain inventory for Rinnai swag, security cards, and other supplies.
- Ensure office security by following safety procedures and updating the security system with team member changes.
- Filing documents, organizing records, and maintaining databases.
Events and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
- Oversee the planning, developing, and execution of overall CSR events and communication, including the annual CSR report.
- Promoting employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with a team for external partnerships for Reno, NV; Peachtree City, GA; and Griffin, GA locations.
Travel Coordination
- Coordinates travel arrangements with the third-party agency for job candidates and new hires.
- Manages relationships and partners with the third-party agency to prepare the flight, hotel, and car rental itinerary.
- Ensures that travel needs are met within the company travel policy and departmental budget constraints.
- Assist with the support required for international liaison workers in the U.S.
- Collaborate on housing and travel needs.
- Communicate, as needed, to apartment or housing representatives, on behalf of the liaison.
Presentation
- Create presentations in PowerPoint, record videos and edit material for Townhall and other meetings.
Pool Car Management
- Communicate with employees about availability, and ensure compliance with policy regarding use of pool vehicles.
General Support
- Update and maintain the employee bulletin board in the break room.
- Arrange lunches for meetings as needed.
- Administrative support to the HR team as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
