A fast-growing real estate team is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Administrative HR Assistant. This role involves supporting recruiting tasks, onboarding, and managing HR records. Ideal candidates will have HR experience, strong communication skills, and thrive in a structured remote environment.
About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-savvy Virtual Administrative HR Assistant to support our fast-growing real estate team. Based in the Philippines and reporting remotely, you’ll assist with recruiting tasks, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, addendums, and benefits-related responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone with proven HR Assistant experience who enjoys supporting others, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a structured, remote environment. Working hours are from 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern Time. Note: Incomplete applications will not be considered. You must answer the questions and take the Assessment that will be emailed to you in order to be considered. Responsibilities: • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for agents and employees • Create, manage, and track contracts and addendums • Respond to benefits-related questions and help with enrollment communications • Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and answer questions during onboarding • Maintain accurate and organized digital HR records • Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, Zoom, Google, and chat Qualifications: • 3 years of experience as an HR Assistant to a US Real Estate Company • Exceptional spoken and written English (including understanding and usage of American idioms) • Comfortable speaking on the phone and via video platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) • Organized, detail-focused, and able to follow up consistently • Professional, friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace • Must be able to work U.S. business hours 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Eastern Time Zone) Compensation: $8 hourly
