Job summary

Air Mobility Command seeks a personnel program coordinator to support the commander’s staff. You will manage personnel transactions for units and serve as a liaison with the force support flight/squadron, while training reservists in all tasks of the position.

Your role requires knowledge of HR rules, guidelines, and publications, plus the ability to operate office automation tools and analyze data to resolve issues across HR specialties.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at the next lower GS level or equivalent.
• Knowledge of military and civilian HR policies and procedures.
• Experience in preparing complex documents with data and graphs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as personnel program coordinator for the commander's support staff (CSS).
• Process personnel transactions for supported units and liaison with force support flight/squadron.
• Train reservists in all tasks of the position.
