Job summary

OSI Group is seeking an HR professional to oversee human resource policies and programs at our Utah plant. The role covers employee relations, staffing, EEO/AAP, benefits, and safety within a union environment.

You will counsel management, manage benefits enrollment, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining confidential records and supporting HR initiatives. The position requires 3–5 years of HR experience, bilingual Spanish is preferred, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent required or preferred.
• Experience in HR generalist roles including employee relations, staffing, benefits, and safety.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Recruitment & Selection activities including processing applications and interview scheduling.
• Maintain HR and benefit files electronically and physically; enroll employees in benefits.
• Educate employees and management on company policies; ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Handle employee terminations and advise on rights and benefits; support HR investigations with union involvement.
• Process HRIS transactions (new hires, terminations, promotions); administer service awards.
