Thrivas is growing and seeking an HR Coordinator for a permanent, full-time role in Florida. You will join a company that offers a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Ideal candidates have several years in HR; degree in HR is preferred but not required. You will support managers in hiring, post jobs, review resumes, conduct phone and formal interviews, perform skills testing, background checks, and payroll data

Qualifications

• Experience in HR roles with recruiting and payroll tasks.
• Degree in HR preferred but not required.
• Experience with background checks and interview coordination.

Responsabilités

• Assist department managers with recruitment and posting jobs.
• Review resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate skills testing and background checks.
• Enter hours into payroll system and verify data.
• Update employee handbooks and carrier policies.
