Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to perform restoration work at residential and commercial properties. You will operate equipment, document job progress, and maintain a clean, safe worksite under supervision by a Lead Technician or Project Superintendent.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1+ year in water damage restoration preferred, IICRC preferred, and a valid driver's license. On-call availability and PPE compliance are fundamentals of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• IICRC Certification preferred.
• 1+ year of water damage restoration experience preferred.
• Familiarity with water, mold, or fire damage restoration.
• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Must be available for on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition of property, debris removal, content cleaning, and mold cleanup assistance.
• Create and maintain measurements, diagrams, photos, journals, and job notes in systems.
• Communicate work details and status clearly with clients, managers, and team members.
• Maintain neat, safe, and organized worksites and comply with safety rules.
• Keep the work truck stocked with equipment and supplies.
• Assist other departments and technicians as needed and participate in on-call rotation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
