Job summary

JCB North America is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the Human Resources team in delivering people strategies and managing the workforce. This role emphasizes accurate records, compliance, and high-level service delivery in a manufacturing environment.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, located at 13210 Palo Alto Rd., San Antonio, TX. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; relevant HR experience preferred.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems or similar HR technology.
• Strong communication, organization, and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial point of contact for routine HR questions.
• Provide administrative support to HR team and daily operations.
• Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare employment-related documents, reports and communications.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities and orientation; ensure data entry accuracy.
