Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR.
• 1-3 years of HR experience with focus on recruitment, onboarding, and applicant tracking.
• Payroll processing expertise and familiarity with timekeeping systems.
• Proficiency in UKG/UltiPro is essential.
• Strong understanding of HR compliance and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hire.
• Forge connections with local schools to build pipelines.
• Master applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring and onboarding.
• Create welcoming onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Anticipate staffing needs using workforce reports.
• Manage payroll, benefits, leaves (FMLA), and wage adherence.
• Provide HR policy guidance and support.
• Deliver training on HR policies and gather feedback for improvement.
• Promote culture and engagement; ensure up-to-date legal postings.
