University of Alaska’s Rural, Community and Native Education (RCNE) team seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support the College of Indigenous Studies across Alaska's communities. The role handles recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR compliance with confidentiality and accuracy at the core.

You'll collaborate with UA HR and fiscal partners, manage timesheets, and ensure timely pay actions while upholding Board of Regents policies.

Qualifikationen

• One year of college coursework in human resources.
• Two years of technical HR experience.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience accepted.

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Assist with position development and HR actions.
• Ensure HR actions are accurate and compliant.
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll and address timesheet issues.
• Process pay actions with University of Alaska HR and fiscal partners.
