The HR Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team and serves as a key point of contact for team members, leaders, candidates, and visitors. This role is responsible for coordinating a wide range of HR activities including payroll support, onboarding, recruiting administration, HR systems, records management, front desk support, and general office coordination. The HR Coordinator helps ensure a positive team member experience by delivering timely, accurate, and customer focused HR support while maintaining confidentiality and supporting compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

The following represents general working conditions for this office-based role. Specific conditions may vary depending on business needs and individual circumstances.
$46,300.00 - $71,300.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
