Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum two years HR-related experience.
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Proficient with payroll management and HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Assists with job posting, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Supports employee relations and issue resolution processes.
• Conducts onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Maintains HR files and documentation.
• Responds to applicant and employee questions re policies and benefits.
• Maintains confidentiality of employee information and records.
• Assists with payroll and timecard monitoring and attendance tracking.
