Pilgrim’s in Ellijay, GA seeks an HR Coordinator to support plant operations by assisting with onboarding, employee records, payroll, benefits administration, training and other HR processes. This role partners with plant leadership and corporate HR to ensure programs are carried out effectively and provides support to employees and managers as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Maintains employee records and personnel files, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Assists with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and new hire orientation activities.
• Processes employee status changes, including transfers, pay changes, and terminations.
• Supports payroll, attendance, leave administration, and benefits-related processes.
• Prepares HR reports, tracks workforce data, and maintains required documentation.
• Responds to questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Provides administrative support for HR initiatives, compliance activities, employee relations matters, and training programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
