Qualifications

• High School Diploma and at least two years’ experience in a HR role.
• Computer skills and data entry experience necessary.
• Must be able to read, write and understand written documents in English; safety rules and procedures.
• Bilingual/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfills responsibilities of a receptionist; receives calls, greets visitors, logs entries and distributes mail.
• Reviews employment applications in ATS and forwards to HR Manager or supervisor.
• Maintains weekly headcount records for full-time and temporary employees.
• Posts open positions, schedules interviews, and assists with background checks and drug testing.
• Conducts orientation for new/temporary employees and explains policies, benefits, and safety rules.
• Maintains employee records and assists with training and reports.
