New Haven Residential Treatment Center in Spanish Fork, UT is seeking an HR Coordinator for on-site, full-time work from 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri. You will support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding new hires, maintain employee records, and ensure training and regulatory compliance.

The role focuses on detail-oriented service, accurate data entry across HRIS and learning systems, and collaborating with program leaders to provide a smooth employee experience in a trauma-informed setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Working knowledge of HRIS and database systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and prioritization in fast-paced environments.
• Customer service oriented with cross‑department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Orientation: Coordinate new‑hire onboarding and deliver orientation.
• Employee Records: Maintain personnel files and manage required documentation.
• HR Systems: Complete accurate data entry across HRIS, learning systems, and engagement platforms.
• Training Compliance: Track training deadlines and maintain certification records.
• Employee Support: Assist with employee relations and recognition efforts.
• Audit Preparation: Support Joint Commission and regulatory audit readiness.
• Policy Guidance: Interpret and communicate HR policies to employees and managers.
• Program Partnership: Provide consistent communication and support to program leadership.
