Job summary

American Iron & Metal (AIM) is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle across locations, partnering with leadership on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, HR administration, reporting, and engagement initiatives.

The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, and outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred; travel between sites is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP/PHR or progress toward certification is a plus.
• Minimum two years of HR experience in multi-site environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities and onboarding.
• Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and supervisors at assigned locations.
• Manage HR administration, compliance, and documentation processes.
• Generate HR reports and support workforce analytics.
• Support training, employee engagement, and program rollouts.
