Job summary

American Iron & Metal (AIM) is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle across locations. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance while partnering with leadership to deliver outstanding service.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information in a fast-paced environment. bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or progress toward certification is a plus.
• Minimum of two years HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance.
• Generate HR reports related to headcount, turnover, attendance, training, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate I-9 compliance, E-Verify, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain HRIS records and confidentiality.
