• Process status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes and approvals before processing in the HRIS.
• Maintain licensure and certification reports to remain compliant with federal, state, and regulatory standards.
• Process evaluations and keep personnel records up to date.
• Assist with hospital recognition programs and assist employees with general HR questions.
