Job summary

St. Mary's General Hospital in Passaic, NJ is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, background checks, and HR processes.

You will coordinate drug screenings, complete I-9/E-Verify, and handle status changes and promotions in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will maintain licensure and certification reports, perform evaluations, maintain personnel records, and assist with recognition programs and general HR inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3 years of HR experience required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
• Strong computer and data entry skills required.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $19.00 to $26.39. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
