Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• HR certification or experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Support hourly staffing activities including interviewing and onboarding.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new hires.
• Address employee relations matters with HR and site leadership.
• Oversee performance management standards with site leadership.
• Manage payroll and timecard auditing and processing.
• Maintain HR systems with hires, transfers, terminations, changes.
• Organize personnel records in line with retention policies.
• Prepare onboarding packets, benefits guides, recruiting materials.
• Enforce policies and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Plan projects to improve HR operations and engagement.
• Design recruiting and community-engagement materials.
