Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of progressively responsible experience in human resources or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with exceptional customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with faculty, staff, and students.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and a high volume workload while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Senior HR Coordinator to support full employment lifecycle for faculty, staff, and students.
• Coordinate recruitment, hiring, changes in employment, and separations; primary for student employment.
• Process pre-employment authorizations, coordinate I-9 compliance, track student eligibility.
• Act as a timekeeper and ensure payroll deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with other departments, UT central HR offices, Payroll Services.
